Bring the real taste of Vietnam on your table with our Light & Fresh feast. Our box contains fresh and tasty ingredients to cater for 6 people generously. Just like when we cook for our friends and family, we have selected only the best and freshest ingredients for your kitchen.

THE MENU

Everyone is encouraged to make their own rice paper rolls at the table. After softening the rice paper, you can add your favourite filling before rolling it up. Choose a bit of noodles, salad, herbs – whatever you fancy! Remember to dip your DIY rice paper rolls in our delicious sweet and sour dipping sauce. Alternatively, you can make your own noodles salad bowl by mixing noodles, herbs and your choice of fish or pork with the sweet and sour dipping sauce.

Big serving plates for noodles, fish, pork and fresh herbs and vegetables Standard size serving plates for everyone Medium bowls for dipping sauce Medium serving plates for bánh hỏi (Vietnamese fresh rice noodles) and son in-law eggs Others: chopsticks (optional), serving tongs One or two small bowls of water to dip and soften rice papers

FEAST PREPARATION CHECKLIST

3 hours before the feast, marinate the pork & fish Prepare spring onion oil (accompaniment preparation card) Prepare the son-in-law eggs Prepare Banh hoi (Vietnamese fresh rice noodles) but only microwave the noodles just before serving Arrange lettuce and other accompaniments onto serving plates Prepare nuoc cham - dipping sauce Bake the fish and keep warm Microwave banh hoi just before serving
