Sweet, creamy, fruity
Bring 2 cup of water to the boil. Add sago to the boiling water, stir the sides and bottom of the pot to prevent sticking and simmer for 5 minutes or until the sago become partially translucent.
Take off the heat and let the sago stand for another 10 minutes. Pour through a sieve and rinse well under cold water to remove excess starch. Keep sago in a bowl of water until ready to use.
In pot, add coconut milk, water and sugar. Stir well. Bring it just to the boil and the sugar dissolve. Set aside to cool down.
Combine the tropical fruits, sago and coconut milk in a large bowl and keep chill in the refrigerator and pour them in bowl or glass to serve.
